If you have made prior arrangement, you can set up your car or display on Saturday afternoon between 1.30 pm and 4:00 pm. But this is only if you have made prior arrangement (with the Mini Expo Director).
The muster
time on Sunday is 7.00 am to 10:00 am. Try to get in early,
as there are hundreds of Minis coming! We don't want a last-minute Mini jam!
No vehicle movements are permitted after 10:30 am.
Take this opportunity to share your enthusiasm for your car with visitors to the Expo. Be welcoming and inclusive, and open to questions. If you have a classic Mini, take some time to chat to a new MINI owner, and discover what makes them passionate about their car. And if you have a new MINI, spend some time chatting to a classic Mini owner, and find out why their car is so special. Most importantly, have fun!
If you need a little break, you can pop in to the Australian Coffee Festival being run elsewhere at the Showgrounds. Just say the words "I drive a Mini" at their registration desk for free entry.
Create Concepts will provide catering for the 2011 Mini Expo.
There will be a Coffee Cart offering tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and muffins and assorted slices, etc. The Cart will be situated along the south wall of the pavilion.
The Main Café, situated along the north wall will serve a selection of hot food as well as snacks, soft drinks, tea and coffee. Breakfast rolls will be available from 9:00am for the benefit of exhibitors.
EFTPOS cash withdrawal facilities will be available at the ticket office courtesy of the East Keilor Branch of the Bendigo Bank.
The event finishes at 4:30 pm, and you should plan on departing from 5.00 pm.
